Return Policy
Right of Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. This is in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
- The return period starts the day after you receive the product
- You must submit your return request within 14 days via your account or by contacting us
Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned. The laser helmets are delivered in sealed packaging — as long as this seal is intact, you can return the product.
Return Process
- Register your return via your account or contact us at info@lascure.nl
- You will receive a return label by email
- Carefully package the product in its original packaging
- Send the package with the return label
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive your refund within 14 business days via the same payment method you used. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is defective or does not match the description.
Defective Products
Did you receive a defective product? Contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Warranty
All Lascure products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues under normal use. Not covered:
- Damage from drops, impacts, or careless use
- Damage from exposure to water or extreme temperatures
- Wear from normal use (e.g., cushions, straps)
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
