Shipping Rates

We ship from the Netherlands to the following countries:

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery time is:

• Netherlands: 1-2 business days
• Belgium: 2-3 business days
• Germany: 2-4 business days
• France: 3-5 business days

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

Hygiene product exception: Lascure helmets are delivered in sealed packaging. Under the law, the right of return is excluded when the seal has been broken after delivery. This applies to all products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective.

Warranty

All Lascure products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by improper use or negligence
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from external causes (drops, water, etc.)

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service. In the event of a valid warranty claim, you will receive a free repair or replacement.
